TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING WITH AND STAYING AT TOWNSVILLE PET RESORT
Opening hours are 8:00am - 11:00am and 3:00pm - 5:00pm, 7 days a week.
Strictly no movements out of hours. Our rates are based on a calendar day regardless of check in and check out time.
A current minimum C5 vaccination certificate must be provided on check-in for every dog and a current minimum F3 vaccination certificate must be provided on check-in for every cat. Booster or other vaccinations required prior to boarding must be given at least 10 days prior to check-in. Please ensure that you confirm vaccination details with your Veterinarian. For the protection of all animals in our care, any animal that is not fully vaccinated will not be accepted into boarding under any circumstances.
Proof of all tick/flea and worming preventions must be presented upon arrival. All dogs must be on a leash to and from the Resort office and Cats in carriers.
All peak period bookings require a non refundable/non transferrable (Even with Covid restrictions) deposit and are to be paid in full prior to check in (A minimum of 8 weeks before for Easter and Xmas Bookings). The full period booked will be invoiced, no refunds are given for shortened or cancelled bookings over peak periods. We have the right to surrender animals to the Townsville City Council, which have not been collected within 7 days of notified pick up date.
Anykind of credits expire after 12 months.
Although we take the utmost care when boarding your pets, we cannot accept responsibility for injury, death, loss, skin conditions, illness or damage of any kind that may occur to an animal staying with us at Townsville Pet Resort.
All pre existing medical conditions and behavioural issues must be disclosed prior to entry.
We reserve the right to seek veterinary attention "If required" at the customer's cost. If your preferred vet is not available, we will seek the next available veterinary clinic at the customer's cost.
We reserve the right to refuse boarding if we believe your pet will be aggressive toward our team and/or other pets.
All accounts must be settled prior to check out. Any personal items must be clearly labelled - all care will be taken however we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged property. All lost property can only be held for a period of 30 days and after that time it will be donated to local animal related charity organisations.
I agree to Townsville Pet Resort using photographs of my pet for social media and or for other marketing purposes.
