We are a locallly owned and operated family business. 

Set on a tropical 50 acre paradise, our 5 star Resort has been purposely designed to provide your pet with a safe haven that is beyond comparison for comfort, service and thoughtful touches.

At Townsville Pet Resort we dont Kennel/Cage or communal share. All dogs get a massive internal unit with all day access to a private grassed back yard.

In the Cattery we have all weather outdoor gardens and play areas. After all that play your pet can retreat back to their large fully climate controlled and vermin proofed internal unit.

At Townsville Pet Resort our team are highly experienced, dedicated animal lovers and we really do treat your pets as if they are our own. You can be sure that your pets stay with us will be an extremely pleasant one as their well being and happiness is our utmost priority.

We provide 24 hour onsite management for added security, allowing you the "peace of mind" to fully relax and enjoy your holiday. 

Our Resort is also monitored 24/7 by CCTV Security Cameras.

Our facilities are second to none and are recommended by many local Vets. Inspections are not only welcomed but are encouraged, inspections are available 7 days a week between 3 - 5pm by appointment only. We look forward to meeting you and discussing your pets upcoming holiday.
