TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOARDING FOR TODAY AND FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS
Opening hours are 8:00am - 11:00am and 3:00pm - 5:00pm, 7 days a week.
Outside business hours by appointment only, however may incur a fee. Strictly no movements before or after daylight. Our rates are based on a calendar day regardless of check in and check out time. A $2 a day per guest surcharge applies over peak periods (School Holidays/Long Weeks Ends).
Current vaccination certificates must be presented upon arrival. All dogs must be on a leash to and from the Resort office. Christmas and Easter bookings require a non refundable deposit and are to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to check in. The full period booked will be invoiced, no refunds are given for shortened bookings over peak periods. We have the right to surrender animals to the Townsville City Council, which have not been collected within 7 days of notified pick up date.
We take all care and responsibility at all times but under no circumstances will Townsville Pet Resort be responsible for death or injury of any sort which may occur to any animal staying at the Resort. This also applies to the condition of coat for longer hair breeds i.e matting. All pets must have flea and tick protection on arrival and worming treatments current.
We reserve the right to seek veterinary attention "If required" at the customer's cost. If your preferred vet is not available, we will seek the next available veterinary clinic at the customer's cost.
We reserve the right to refuse boarding if we believe your pet will be aggressive toward our team and/or other pets.
All accounts must be settled prior to check out. Any personal items must be clearly labelled - all care will be taken however we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged property. All lost property can only be held for a period of 30 days and after that time it will be donated to local animal related charity organisations.
